Pearland City Council

Pearland City Council on Monday voted to approve entering into a contract with Linebarger, Goggan, Blair and Sampson, LLP for tax collection services.

The city council voted to approve a resolution denying a rate increase proposed by Texas-New Mexico Power Company.

The city council voted to approve reappointment of Tom Hodges to Position No. 2 of the Civil Service Commission. Hodges will serve a three-year term on the commission.

The city council voted to approve a utility relocation agreement associated with the Cullen Road Project.

The city council took no action regarding the first reading of an ordinance to adopt a new article establishing regulations for Geophysical and Seismic Testing.

All other items were approved. All members were present. Agenda
