GALVESTON-Clarence “BeBe” Romas, 55, departed this life on Saturday, November 22, 2008, at Clear Lake Regional Hospital in Webster, TX.

Clarence was born on April 21, 1953, in Beaumont, TX to Frank and Myrtle Gims Romas. He attended public school in Beaumont and was a laborer. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother.

He is survived by his loving and caring mother, Myrtle Gatson; son: Treyvon Hall; grandson: Treyvon Hall, Jr.; brother: Frank Romas, Jr.; sisters: Emma Reed; Cindy Glenn; Carolyn Collins, and Debra Dunham; a host of nieces, nephews and friends

Viewing will begin at 9:30 AM on Saturday, November 29, 2008, followed by a service celebrating his life at 11:00 AM, at the Avenue L Baptist Church, with Rev. John Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
