Eleventh Annual Dickinson Festival of Lights

The Dickinson Festival of Lights Society Inc. is hosting the 11th Annual Dickinson Festival of Lights in Paul Hopkins Park.

"The Dickinson Festival of Lights is the epitome of the word 'Community', said the announcement of the festival on the City of Dickinson's website. "Retirees, business men and women, housewives, teachers and high school students get involved with setting up the festival. This effort characterizes the wonderful, giving nature of the citizens of Dickinson."
