Director of Ball, Jeanne Sain transformed the Ballroom of the Beaumont Plaza Holiday Inn into a grand salon of the 18th century where revelers celebrated the Mardi Gras season by first welcoming past Kings and Queens, introducing newly appointed Captain Allen Torrans, Board of Directors and the 2009 Royal Court, then enjoyed an evening of sumptuous delicacies, refreshing beverages and dancing the night away.

Serving on this years Royal court are Duke, Todd Kieschnick with his Duchess, Brandy Kieschnick of Nederland.  Newly crowned as King are Bryan Shoemaker and his Queen, Leah Shoemaker, residents of Port Arthur.
