Saturday evening, the 9th Annual Yachty Gras Parade proudly showcases decorated boats that pass by the Kemah Boardwalk while showering the appreciative crowds with beads and trinkets. At noon on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2008 the place to be is the Kemah Lighthouse District. Pick out a spot along the Krewe du Lac Truck parade route. If you are entering a decorated vehicle, line up is behind T Bone Tom's facing NORTH. The parade rolls at 1 pm and is followed by the festive "Mardi Pardi" at T Bone Tom's that goes until dusk. Live music, no cover, costume contests, variety entertainment, Artist Zone and Mardi Gras Market is great fun for the entire family. Full menu and cash bar available.
