Willie Otho Webb, Jr.
E. R. Johnson Family Mortuary

Willie Otho Webb, Jr.Willie Otho Webb, Jr., 61, departed this life on Thursday, March 12, 2009, at UTMB Hospital.

Willie was born on October 6, 1947, in Plain Dealing, LA to Willie O. Sr. and Charlie Mae Freeman Webb.

Willie Jr. moved to Texas with his family where he became a residence of Bayview Apt. then moved to Cedar Terrace. He was a 1966 graduate of Central High School and was employed as a longshoreman with Local #20 for many years.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Erie Jones; uncles, Frank Jones and Willie C. Myers.
He is survived by his parents: Willie O Webb, Sr. and Charlie Mae Webb; companion: Sheila McNeal; son: Willie O. Webb III; daughter; Melanie Kelly; stepdaughters: Shanieka and Tiffany McNeal; granddaughter Ra’Kayla McChristian; brothers: Lawrence Webb; John Webb (Donna); Kennard Webb (Sheryl); David Webb (Tina); sisters: Lela Cooper; Betty Stromyle; Denise Crooks (Steven); Charleen Webb (Bruno) and Sharon Webb; a host of nieces nephews other relatives and friends.

The family of Willie Jr. would like to thank the hospital staff of UTMB and E. R .Johnson Family Mortuary for their compassionate care.

The family is inviting you to share with them during a visitation from 6-8 PM on Saturday ,March 14, 2009, in the chapel of E R Johnson Family Mortuary (39th & Ave O).
