Charles Dozier, 31, received his reward of eternal rest on Wednesday, March 11, 2009, at Mainland Medical Center in Texas City.
Charles was born February 12, 1978 in Galveston and attended school in the Galveston School District. He was employed in the restaurant industry and enjoyed fishing and using his gift drawing as a artist.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Eunisteen Evans Smith.
He leaves precious memories with his parents, Eunisteen Jones (Nathaniel) and Charles Mills (Cynthia); brothers: Damon Dozier and Leon Mitchell; four sisters: Cassandra Ann Harris; Kashawnta Dozier; Charles N. Mills, and Charles R. Mills; grandmother: Dorothy Gray; devoted friend John Evans; many other relatives and friends.
A service celebrating his life will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at the Avenue L Baptist Church.
