Deatria Elizabeth MoultrieDeatria Elizabeth Moultrie, 52, received her reward of eternal rest on Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at Magnified Nursing Home, in College Station, TX.

Dee-Dee was born on March 28, 1957 to Frank and Ruth Moultrie. She was a 1975 graduate of Ball High School. She accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by her grandparents, Theodore and Mahalia Langham; and parents.

Those who will cherish their fondest memories of her include three children - LaPortia; William and Anthony Moultrie of Galveston; five grandchildren; aunt, Ida Langham, brothers, Willie “Mole” Hill (Marilyn); Winston Hill (Hattie); Robert “Red” Hill (Dorothy); Wayne “Chuck” Moultrie; Dwayne “Rusty” Moultrie; Kenneth Wayne Scott; sisters, Yoneda “Neda” Sanders-Petteway (Eugene) and Yvonne Sanders: sister-in-law, Geralean20Thomas-Conway; close friends, Yvette Rittenhouse, Kim Saxton, Corrine Chambers and a host of other nephews/great-nephews, nieces/great-nieces, devoted relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM on Friday March 27th at E R Johnson Family Mortuary. A celebration of life will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor A. W. Colbert officiating. Burial At Lakeview Cemetery.
