The Texas Faculty Association and Galveston Plaintiffs Dr. Kay Sandor, Dianna Puccetti, Allen LeCornu and Dr. Thomas Albrecht, plaintiffs in a Texas Open Meetings Act Lawsuit with the University of Texas System and its Board of Regents called a news conference to announce settlement of the lawsuit.
