Conrad W. Cooper Sr., 89, of Galveston, departed this life on June 6, 2009, at Cornerstone Hospital in Webster, Texas.

He survived by his wife, Eddie Mae Cooper; son, Conrad W. Cooper, Jr.; granddaughters, Cookie Hopkins and Carrie Valdez; great grandson, Nathan Hadley; and great granddaughter, Reagan Hopkins.

Graveside services will be at Grace Memorial Park on Friday, June 5, 2009 at 12:00 noon.
