Pearland City Council on Monday voted unanimously to reject a request for a conditional use permit for 1.727 acres of property located at 2070 Mykawa Road.

The permit was to allow a gas station and retail suites in a Light Industrial District.

The city council voted unanimously to declare the city as a "Green City" and committed the city to achieving sustainability goals.

The city council voted unanimously to approve the annexation of approximately 65 acres of land by Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 141.

The city council tabled action on a resolution authorizing City Manager Bill Eisen to enter into an agreement for aerial reconnaissance and disaster response reconnaissance.

The city council took no action regarding the sale, lease, purchase or exchange of real property. The item was discussed in executive session.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. All members were present. Agenda
