David Morales

 David Morales, 49, passed away on June 28, 2009 at Methodist Hospital in Housotn, TX.
Visitation will begin at 9 AM on Saturday July 4, 2009, followed by a life celebration servcie at 11:00 AM in the chapel of E R Johnson Family Mortuary.
He was born on January 2, 1960, in Galveston, TX. to the union of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Morales Sr. He attended Galveston public schools, graduating from Ball High. David was a loyal employee of the UTMB and Shriner's Burn Hospital's for over 30 plus years. David rededicated his life to Christ in the year of 1999, and was known to be one of the faithful members of Broadway Church of Christ, in Galveston, TX under the leadership of Pastor Allen Isbel and Gene Rowe. David also loved and enjoyed watching movies, attending bible studies, and spending time with his wife, stepchildren, and grandchildren. But above all, David had a love for God.
David Morales was preceded by death by his mother and father.
He is survived by his wife: Jackie Orise-Morales, stepdaughters: Laurtisha K. Brown (Nathaniel) and Sherita N.Orise, grandchildren: Micah J. Brown, Navian Z. Brown, and Kentrell R. Simpson, sisters: Fidela Morales, Edna Morales, Patricia Morales, Lupe Sanchez (George), brothers: Robert Morales Jr. (Jackie), Daniel Morales, and Luis Morales (David's twin), many nieces and nephews, devoted church family:Broadway Church of Christ, and a host of other family and friends.
