Emyre Barrios Robinson, a leading citizen of Bay Area Houston, died as a result of a tragic auto accident while vacationing with her daughter and grandson in east Texas.
Emy was an inspiration to many and truly beloved in our community. She was a very giving person, involved in too many charities to mention. Her passion outside her family was travelling – she had been to just about every place one could conceive of going and then some – many of them nature adventures – there was nothing she wouldn’t try!
She will be remembered with a celebration of her life at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 25 in the University of Houston-Clear Lake Garden Room, in Atrium I of the Bayou Building.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the Emyre Barrios Robinson Scholarship Endowment at UHCL.
