Spencer Thomas HornerSpencer Thomas Horner 23 of Galveston was placed at Gods feet on Monday, July 27, 2009 at his residence.

Memorial services will be held 10 A.M.  Thursday, July 30, 2009 at Carnes Brothers Funeral Home in Galveston with Deacon Sam Dell Olio officiating. The family will receive visitors beginning at 9 A.M.  on Thursday.

Spencer was born April 1, 1986 in Galveston to Paul and Diana Gayton Horner and he was a loving father and beloved son. Spencer also attended Santa Fe High School and loved sports. He was preceded in death by his loving aunt Linda Gayton.

Survivors include his parents; Diana Gayton Horner of Galveston, Paul Eugene Horner of West Virginia son, Bryce Anthony Horner and mother Michelle Parker of Santa Fe; loving God Mother Sheryl Valdez and husband Santos; little sister, Niki Valdez; brother Cody Milligan all of Angleton;  Special uncle Joe and aunt Rosie Aguilar of Galveston; uncle David Gayton  and wife Teresa of Dallas; Aunt Olivia Lazarin of Texas City; aunt Rose Lopez and husband Jose Montoya of Galveston; aunt Bonnie Abdallah and husband Russell of Laredo; grandmother, Diana Murillo and husband Edward of Dallas and numerous cousins and friends.

Friends may send the family condolences and sign the register book at Please include the Horner name.
