Patrick James Gallow, 46, departed this life on Saturday, August 8, 2009, at his residence.
Patrick was born April 19, 1963 in Houston Texas to Calvin, Sr. and Mildred Ned Gallow. He was reared in Ville Platte, LA and later moved to Galveston with his family, and attended school here. He was a former cook with UTMB and also did some mechanic work. He had many acquaintances and was a friend to all.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Ebony Shinette; niece, Tikeshea Gallow.
He leaves with cherish memories, wife: Carla McMurrin Gallow; a son; stepchildren: Deanie McMurrin and Donnie Petteway; brothers: Calvin, Jr., Darryl and Milton Gallow; sister: Marcella Gallow; his in laws: Pat, Ann, Johnny, Jim and Jackie; host of nieces, nephews, and many devoted friends.
Visitation will begin at 5 PM on Fridays, August 14th, followed by a wake from 7-8 PM at E R Johnson Family Mortuary. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 15 2009, at the Avenue L Baptist Church, Rev. E. R. Johnson, Pastor; Elder Robert E. Woodard III officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
