Christina Delores Guerra Lewis, 30, of Channelview, passed away Friday, September 18, 2009.
Her family will receive visitors beginning at 11:00 am, Wednesday, September 23rd, at Malloy & Son Funeral Home in Galveston. Funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with burial to follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Galveston.
Christina was born February 27, 1979, in Galveston, TX. She graduated from Channelview High School, and although she worked in marketing for the healthcare industry, her most important job was to be a loving mother to her three daughters. Christina was an outgoing person, a free spirit who was full of fun. She loved God and was a giving mother, sister, and daughter.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Henry Guerra; sister, Cynthia Guerra; nephew, Jordan Guerra; uncle, Thurman Ray Holland; and stepfather, Bill Walker.
She is survived by her mother, Judy Holland; daughters, Leighann Renee Lewis, Chelsea Lynn Lewis, and Savannah Marie Knight; sisters, Debra Umana and husband, Alfredo, Amanda Franklin and husband, Eddie, and Rebecca Lawson and husband, Terry; brother, Raymond Holland; aunts, Angie Guerra and Glenda Guerra; uncles, Dan Bernard Guerra and Johnny Holland; niece, Vivian Umana; nephew, Nicholas Umana; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Alfredo Umana, Eddie Franklin, Paul Lewis, Joseph Medoila, Joe Umana, and Joab Umana.
