Rodney M. Hogan
E.R. Johnson Family Mortuary
Rodney M. Hogan, 61, departed this life on September 16, 2009 at Mainland Medical Center.
Rodney was born July 1, 1948, in Galveston, Texas and was a laborer. He also was a U. S. Air Force Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his father, G.T. Hogan, Sr.; grandmother, Annie Bell Hogan; brother, G.T. Hogan, Jr. and sister, Gladys Joseph.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Hogan; sons, Walter and Kenneth Henderson; daughters, Tiffany Henderson Hogan and Cheryl Banks; mother, Orelia Andrews; 17 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; brothers Wesley Hogan, and Houston Andrews, Jr.; sister, Linda Stephens (Johnny); uncle Leroy Boulet; aunt, Ester Noah; devoted family, great grandson, Patrick Bolden; niece, Aretha Brown; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will begin at 9 AM on Saturday, September 26th followed by a service celebrating his life at 11:00 AM in the chapel of E R Johnson Family Mortuary with Rev. Larry Johnson officiating.
