Crisp winds and bright sunshine greeted thousands of visitors and residents of Galveston Island for the first day of ARToberFEST on Postoffice Street.
"It is year number 12 and it's been a great show so far," said ARToberFEST organizer Kathy Modzewleski. "We've got some wonderful yard art and a lot of fun things."
