Wednesday  November 11, 2009 is  Veteran's Day.  There will be a program at VFW Post 6378 in Dickinson at 11:00 am.  Located at 5204 Hwy 3 in Dickinson.  Let us remember and honor all Veteran's of Today & Yesterday and those that have gone before us.   

On Saturday November 14 at 10:00 am there will be a Veteran's Day Parade sponsored by V.F.W. Post 6378 in Dickinson.  It will begin at Amegy Bank on FM 517 and end at the VFW on Hwy 3.  Line-up will begin at 9:00 am. 

All groups are invited to attend whether they are Veterans Groups, Motorcycle groups or any other group may help with this parade.  If you are interested please let us know.  Also those that are not participating are invited to be on the sideline to cheer everyone on.  Our Department Commander Mike Barber will be in attendance.  Please let us let him know that Galveston County and the surrounding Counties do support our Veterans and our Troops.
