She was born January 26, 1930, in Smithsville, TX and was a beloved mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her  parents; husband, George Cahee, Sr; sons, Elroy George, James and George Cahee, Jr.; brothers, Livingston, Tommy, and Stanley Flowers; sister, Rose Mary Flowers.

She is survived by her sons, Ronnie and John Cahee, and Leroy George (Linda); daughter, Joanne Cahee (Don); 13 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren; sister, Pinkie Flowers; sister in law, Ruth Bacon; daughter in law, Nadine George; devoted friends, Jean Evans, Mary Douglas, Pearl Underwood and Vina Miller.

Visitation will begin at 9 AM on Monday November 2, 2009, followed by funeral service at 11:00 AM at Avenue L Baptist Church with Pastor E R Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
