Pearland City Council, in a special meeting on Monday, voted unanimously to approve appointments of several members to the Pearland Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors.

New members appointed to the board were Charles Gooden to Position 1, Kurt Evenson to Position 2, Rushi Patel to Position 3, Mike O'Day to Position 5. Lucy Stevenson was also re-appointed to her position on the board.

The city council took no action regarding potential litigation associated with municipal utility districts. The item was discussed in executive session.
