City of Meadows Place Alderman Terry Henley was elected to serve as a Board member, marking his seventeenth term representing General Law Cities.

City of Manvel Mayor Delores Martin was also elected to serve as a Board member, marking her sixth term representing General Law Cities.

Alternates elected were City of Iowa Colony Councilwoman Kay Mudd and City of Bellville Alderman Wayne Browning.

The Board of Directors is composed of local elected officials who serve on the governing bodies of member local governments.  There are thirty-five members on the H GAC Board.  The Board provides oversight and direction for H-GAC staff in carrying out the wide array of programs for the agency.
