Brazoria County Commissioners Court today voted unanimously to award a bid to Crain Zamora for the construction of the East Annex Adult Probation Department.

The city council voted unanimously to approve the canvassing of the votes from the November 3 election.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to cancel the solicitation of proposals for inmate and public phones and authorized a request to renew a request for proposals for the phones.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to renew a contract with Securus Technologies for project manager services for the expansion of the Adult Detention Facility.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to amend an interlocal agreement with the Dickinson Bayou Watershed Steering Committee to approve the committee's 2010 budget.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve the purchase of a 0.4092 acre tract of land and a 0.0148 tract as right-of-way for improvements to County Road 94 north of County Road 101.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve an order authorizing the settlement of a condemnation case for parcels 2, 3, 5, 7, and 8 at County Road 101 owned by Mohammad Momayezi, Soraya Djav Adzadeh, C.L. J.L. Investments, Inc. and Roy Greensage. The item was discussed during an executive session.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve an order regarding a settlement agreement in an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charge. The item was discussed during an executive session.

The city council voted unanimously to approve the establishment of a 501C3 organization for the County Welfare Board.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. All members were present. Agenda
