Pearland City Council on Monday voted unanimously to authorize City Manager Bill Eisen to enter into a mutual aid agreement with Harris County.

The city council voted unanimously to change regular meeting dates and times for December due to the holiday season. The city council will hold meetings at 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on December 14. A special meeting will be considered for December 21, but is currently not scheduled.

The city council voted unanimously to approve the final reading of an ordinance establishing new regulations and criteria for the preservation and management of public trees.

The city council voted unanimously to excuse Mayor Pro Tem Felicia Kyle's absence from the November 9 meeting.

The city council voted unanimously to approve amendments to the Code of Ordinances regarding the city's Library Board. The item was approved with additional amendments.
