AMOCO Federal Credit Union Shops for Toys For Tots   

TEXAS CITY, Texas – As a corporate sponsor for the Galveston County area Toys For Tots Program, AMOCO Federal Credit Union joined forces with U.S. Marines at the Bay Area Blvd. Toys R Us for a scheduled toy buy! Once the truck was filled with newly purchased toys, staff and volunteers from AMOCO and U.S. Marines transported the items to the Marine Reserve Base in Galveston where they were sorted by age and gender for scheduled deliveries to organizations like The Salvation Army and Gulf Coast Big Brothers Big Sisters, just to name a few.

U.S. Marines will join AMOCO employees on Saturday, December 5 from 8:00AM – 12:00PM at their new Tuscan Lakes Branch for a SNOW DAY free to the public and TOY DRIVE benefiting Toys For Tots. AMOCO members and the local community are invited to join the spirit of giving this holiday season by dropping off a new unwrapped toy through December 16 at their nearest AMOCO branch location.
