Brazoria County Commissioners Court today voted unanimously to reappoint Albert Priselac as the county's Fire Marshal.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to appoint Cindy Ward to the Child Protective Services Board.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to reappoint Roy Beken to Emergency Services District No. 3.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to reappoint Steven Coleman to the Child Protective Services Board.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve an order ordaining the county's participation in the Texas Enterprise Zone Program.

The commissioners court voted 4-1, with Dude Payne opposed, to approve the county's tax increment participation in the Seven Oaks Ranch Tax Reinvestment Zone in Iowa Colony.

The commissioners court voted 4-1, with Payne opposed, to approve the county's tax increment participation in the Seven Oaks Ranch Tax Reinvestment Zone in Manvel.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to authorize the Brazoria County Health Department to conduct occupancy inspections for residential housing.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to grant permission for the county to enter into negotiations in a request for services for Project Management Services connected with the expansion of the Brazoria County Adult Detention Facility.

The commissioners court will hold a special meeting on Friday to consider casting votes in the election of members to the Brazoria County Appraisal District Board of Directors. Agenda
