The Brazoria County Commissioners Court today voted unanimously to amend an interlocal agreement with the City of Pearland to include additional costs for construction of a soundwall at McHard Road from Country Place Boulevard to County Road 94.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve an interlocal agreement with the Columbia-Brazoria Independent School District to repair potholes on the grounds of Barrow Elementary School and Columbia High School.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to grant permission for the purchase of electronic citation devices for use by the Sheriff's Office and Constables Offices.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve a reimbursement agreement with the Brazoria County Toll Road Authority.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve projects under blanket interlocal agreements for direct assistance from the county to cities and towns.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to appoint Robert Adams, Cindy Hall, Grace Pavlovsky and Jo Ann Fuchs to the Brazoria County Library Board.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to appoint Deborah Spoar and Charlie Philipp to the Children's Protective Services Board.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to authorize the settlement of a lawsuit by AT&T, Inc. regarding damages to underground cables. The item was discussed during an executive session.

The commissioners court discussed, but took no action regarding real estate matters. The item was discussed during an executive session.
