Michael Thomas "Magoo"

Michael ThomasMichael Thomas "Magoo", 50, transitioned from his earthly home to his heavenly home on Monday, March 22, 2010, at his residence.

Michael was born September 26, 1959, to Mitchell Comeaux and the late Mary Thomas. Magoo, as he was lovingly called by family and friends, graduated with the Ball High Class of 1978. He went on to serve in the Army Reserves and also served 13 years with Texas National Guard. He worked as a Dietary Clerk at UTMB Hospital for many years until his retirement. 

Waiting with open arms to receive Michael in his new home is his mother; grandmother, Florence Crout, and brother, John Eddie Thomas. Left to cherish the memories of his laughter, smile, and love is father, Mitchell Comeaux; brother, Mitchell Thomas; sisters, Sandra Randle (Joel), Margaret Dickerson-Scurry, Jerildean Sanders, Gerilene Conway, Cynthia Thomas, Patricia Wafer; special friends, Eddie "Uncle U", Temple, Vanessa Jefferson, Denise Williams, Howard Mosley "Gun Smoke", Clarence Mosley; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Visitation will begin 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at Spiritual True Church (29th & M/1/2), followed by a life celebration at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jerry Temple officiating. Burial will be held at Houston National Cemetery.
