Brazoria County Commissioners Court on Tuesday voted unanimously to cancel its agreement with the University of Texas Medical Branch for telemedicine services.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to authorize the Brazoria County Health Director to negotiate an agreement for telemedicine services with the University of Texas Physicians' Group.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to accept the 2009 Fiscal Year Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve an agreement with the City of Pearland to provide a public library substation at the Westside Event Center in Pearland, including an expenditure of $16,544 to fund the county's obligation for the agreement.

The substation will allow residents to pick up and drop off library materials requested through the Internet or at the facility.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to appoint Patrick O'Day to the Iowa Colony Reinvestment Zone Board of Directors.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to appoint Frank Hagdorn to the Manvel Reinvestment Zone Board of Directors.

The commissioners court took no action regarding the adoption of a storm water quality ordinance.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve a motion regarding litigation involving the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
