Brainard Victoria

Brainard VictoriaBrainard Victoria was born the eighth child born to Lacy and Nancy Victoria on September 17, 1964.  Brainard received his heavenly reward on August 13, 2010, following a sudden illness.  Brainard never met a stranger.  He was loved by many and all who knew him for his kindness and strength.  Brainard attended Ball High School and was employed with Moody Gardens for eight years.

Preceded in death by his father, brother, Larry Kelly; and sister, Melodie Victoria.

He is survived by his loving mother, Nancy Victoria; children, Erik Victoria and Whitney Holmes; sisters, Peggy Wyatt, Constance Whiteside (Curtis); brothers, Jasper Victoria (Dorothy), Anthony Kelly, Kevin Victoria, Kent Victoria (Tammy) and Lacy Victoria, Jr.; devoted aunt, Ruth Thomas; companion Phyliss Jones; devoted nieces, Melodie (Tiana), Ashley, Constance; devoted nephews, Renard, Michael, Lacy, Nicholas; devoted cousins, Regina Robinson (Charles) and Margaret Rittenhouse;  special friends, Troy Rogers , Ralph Williams, Danny Wayne Edwards, Charles Mims, Wayne Davenport, Jimmy Johnson and a host of many cousins and co-workers of Moody Gardens.

Visitation will begin at 10AM on Saturday August 21, 2010, followed by funeral service at 12:00 PM in the chapel of Fields- Johnson Family Mortuary with Pastor Louis Simpson, jr., officiating.  Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
