Reggie was born August 18, 1957, in New Orleans, LA. He attended public school in New Orleans, and accepted Christ at an early age and also served as a deacon. After relocating to Galveston, after Hurricane Katrina, he united with Jerusalem Baptist Church, where he continued to serve.

He was preceded in death by his parents.  Reggie is survived by his wife of 27 years, Jannnette Moses; brothers, Greg and Daniel Moses; sisters, Brenda and Gwendolyn Moses; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will begin at 9AM on Saturday, August 21, 2010, at Jerusalem Baptist Church, followed by funeral service at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor A.S. Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
