Andrew Jackson
Fields-Johnson Family Mortuary

Andrew JacksonAndrew Jackson, 93, passed away from this earthly life on Saturday, October 16, 2010, at his residence.  Andrew was born May 26, 1917, in Anderson, TX.  He proudly served his country in WW II, he was the owner of J&J Cleaners, and Cozy Kitchen, until his retirement.  Andrew was a very hard worker, and passed his time playing cards and dominoes.  He was a great father and grandfather, he was an all around family man. 

Andrew was preceded in death by his parents, and son, Milton Jackson.   He leaves to cherish the many precious memories of his life, his beloved wife, Moroline Jackson; sons, John Womack of Houston, Cleotis Ward and Danny Coleman both of Galveston; daughters, Sandra Faye Jackson of Sacramento, CA, Cheryl Whitney of Washington, Andrea Shields of Houston; special granddaughter, Toshiba Allen (Tarahan), Deonza, Starreeon Allen; and a host of other grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A service to celebrate the life of Andrew will be held at 1:00 PM, on Saturday, October 23, 2010, in the chapel of Fields-Johnson Family Mortuary, with Rev. D. Thompson of Wesley Tabernacle officiating.
