Meet a Beggar and THE KING on the Road to Bethlehem
The Road to Bethlehem comes to life Saturday and Sunday, December 4th and 5th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Wesley United Methodist Church, 3810 N. Major Drive at Folsom in Beaumont. This annual event is a gift from the members of Wesley Church to our community--there is no admission fee.
The Road to Bethlehem, is an interactive re-creation of the Christmas story. It invites guests to begin their walk through the city gates where their journey will travel them to a bustling city called Bethlehem. There they will find a multitude of characters and shopkeepers interacting with one another. They will encounter the sights, tastes,and smells of what Bethlehem was like. The heightening experience will be exiting the city to a live Nativity where they can meet baby Jesus (THE KING).
