In observance of Veterans Day, Council Member Costello will be attending events around Houston to honor those who have bravely served our country.

Council Member Costello will be joining the Mayor’s Office of Veteran Affairs for a Cake Cutting Ceremony honoring the 235th Marine Corps birthday celebration Wednesday evening on November 10th at the VA Medical Center, 6 PM.

Thursday, Council Member Costello will be joining Mayor Parker, City Council Members and distinguished honorees for Houston’s official Veterans Day Parade downtown beginning at 11:30 AM.

With two nephews currently serving in the armed forces, Council Member Costello knows the sacrifices our troops make by heroically serving our country.  The council member looks forward to paying tribute to the brave men and women who have served and are currently serving in the armed forces.
