ENJOY CHILDREN’S HOLIDAY PROGRAMS AT THE CENTRAL LIBRARY

 

Houston – The Houston Public Library’s Central Library will be celebrating the joyous holiday season with special children’s holiday programs. The Central Library is located at 500 McKinney, 77002, 832-393-1313. Everyone is invited to join the fun this holiday season. The programs are free and open to the public.

Scheduled Holiday Programs:

Carranza Puppets – “Santa Claus is Coming to Town”

Saturday, December 11, 2010 | 2PM

Program Place – 4th floor

Follow Santa as he flies his sled over the countryside delivering presents to all the good girls and boys.

 

Holiday Storytime

Saturday, December 18 | 10:30AM

Join us for holiday stories, songs, and decorate-your-own gingerbread cookies!

 

Express Children’s Theatre – “Frosty the Snowman”

Program Place – 4th floor

Frosty the Snowman has to make it home to the North Pole before the New Year and needs his new friends to build him up and show him the way. Never say never to the power of your imagination and the Holiday spirit! Written by Alex “A.C.” Gardner.
