Malloy & Son Funeral Home

Ignacia ElizondoIgnacia Elizondo, 76, passed away December 29, 2010, at Gulf Health Care in Texas City.   She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers; her husband, Ramon R. Elizondo, Sr.; and her son, Ricardo Elizondo, Jr.

Survivors include her son, Joe R., Sr. and wife, Maria Elizondo; sons, Bobby and Roy Elizondo; and daughter, Rosie and husband, Juan Torres.  She is also survived by her grandchildren:  Gerardo and Amy Trevino; Tabitha, Joe R. Jr., Erica, Amanda, Emily, Kristina, Crystal, and Amber Elizondo; Patrick and Raymond Torres; Eloy Jr. and Monica Beltran; Justo Reyna; and sisters, Chelo, Lea  and Lupita.

Visitation will be Monday, January 3, at 10:00 a.m. at Malloy and Son Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be at 12:30 p.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church.    Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Casket bearers will be Roy Elizondo, Bobby Elizondo, Jimmy Rodriguez, Patrick Torres, Joe Elizondo Jr., and Juan Torres.

The family extends special thanks to The Hospice Care Team and to Gulf Health Care.
