Alvin Man Charged with Drug Possession
FRIENDSWOOD, Texas - Darryl Wyckoff, 26, of Alvin was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance a felony.
Wyckoff was stopped for a traffic violation in the 2600 block of W. Bay Area Blvd Wednesday January 26 at approximately 10:19 p.m.
Officers noticed a strong smell of burned marijuana inside the car. During a search, a bag was found which contained 176 hydrocodone, Xanex and Soma pills, .07 ounces of marijuana and 24 grams of methamphetamine crystal powder.
Wyckoff has a criminal history that includes multiple arrests for drug possession, evading arrest and burglary.
He is being held at the Friendswood municipal jail without bond prior to being transferred to the Harris County Jail.
