(Houston) – “Presently all TxDOT roadways in the Houston District area are open and safe to travel.” The Galveston Causeway, Fred Hartman and San Jacinto bridges are open and safe for travel.  TxDOT does not anticipate closing any roadways.  If a closure is required, an official notice will come from TxDOT.
