Washburn Tunnel Remains Open

The Washburn Tunnel is open.   The passage underneath the Houston Ship Channel in the Pasadena and Galena Park areas is still open according to Harris County Precinct Two Commissioner Jack Morman.

As bridges in the area ice over the Washburn Tunnel remains an alternate route to cross from one side of the Houston Ship Channel to the other.
