The victim is 32-year-old Pamela Sims.
On Thursday, August 3, 1989, Sims was working as a clerk at the Tip-Top Cleaners located at 547 Greens Parkway in north Harris County. At about 5 p.m., a customer entered the business and found Ms. Sims’ body. She had been shot.
A short time earlier two suspicious males were seen inside the business. They are described as follows:

Suspect #2: Black male; approximately 18-20 years old; 5'11" tall; 190 lbs.
