The Alvin Community College Athletic Department will host its eighth annual golf tournament on Monday, March 28, at Southwyck Golf Club in Pearland.

Funds raised from the event will be used toward scholarships and other needs for the ACC women’s softball team.

Entry fee for the four-person Florida Scramble tournament is $100 per individual player or $600 for four-member “Homerun” team participation. Homerun teams will be recognized with their name or logo on the tournament sponsorship board and at one of the holes.

All entry fees include the driving range, cart and green fees, lunch and dinner, admission to the contests and a goody bag. Hole and tournament sponsorships are also available. Check in is at 11:30 a.m. with a 1 p.m. start.
