The Board of Trustees of the Galveston Wharves will hold a special meeting on Monday at 8:30 a.m.

The agenda includes several items to be discussed in executive session, but only one action item: “Discuss and consider approval of special legal counsel to represent the board of trustees in the proposed lease/concession transaction between the board and Hutchison Port Holdings/The Carlyle Group.” Agenda
