HOUSTON — Find out why University of Houston-Clear Lake Pearland Campus is the place for reaching educational goals by attending the UH-Clear Lake Pearland Open House Saturday, April 2, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., at the campus, 1200 Pearland Parkway, Pearland.
Prospective students will tour the campus and learn about program and course offerings. Attendees who bring their transcripts and test scores to the event will be considered for on-the-spot admission. Counselors will be available to discuss degree plans and opportunities.
“Open House is a great opportunity for students to discover what is available to them in Pearland,” says Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management Yvette Bendeck. “UH-Clear Lake Pearland Campus offers a beautiful setting to help Pearland-area residents fulfill their higher education dreams.
“Students can choose from six complete undergraduate programs, as well as five graduate programs.”
Academic offerings at the university include Bachelor of Science degree programs in Accounting, Management, Behavioral Sciences-General, Criminology, Psychology and Interdisciplinary Studies with E-6 Generalist Certification. Master of Science degree programs available include Counseling and Educational Management, while Master of Arts degree programs include Behavioral Sciences – General, Criminology and Psychology.
Bendeck stresses that courses offered at the Pearland campus can also fulfill degree requirements for the more than 80 degree programs available at UH-Clear Lake.
