IH 10 EASTBOUND AT STUDEMONT EXIT RAMP TO RE-OPEN THIS WEEKEND
Motorists will now be able to access the newly constructed eastbound frontage road
from Studemont to Taylor St.

The Texas Department of Transportation is pleased to announce that the IH 10 Eastbound Studemont exit ramp will re-open to traffic this weekend ahead of the projected construction schedule. With the opening of the Studemont exit, motorists will now be able to access the newly constructed eastbound frontage road to Taylor St. Construction crews anticipate completing the final preparations to re-open the ramp by 10 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2011. 

Balfour Beatty Infrastructure earned the maximum incentive of $300,000 for completing the contract milestone and opening the ramp more than 30 days ahead of schedule. 

Motorists should be advised that the next phase of work requires the closure of the IH 10 eastbound entrance ramp from Heights Blvd. which will be closed continuously from 7:00 a.m., Saturday, March 26 to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, July 31. Detour to the Taylor entrance.
