Controlled Traffic:  Calder Avenue at the West Lucas Intersection

Beaumont, Texas –Calder Avenue at the West Lucas intersection will be subject to controlled traffic due to drainage box installation through mid-May. The two northbound lanes will be closed, with one-lane traffic through the intersection on the two southbound lanes . After the boxes are installed, the southbound lanes will be closed and one-lane traffic in each direction will be routed onto the northbound lanes.

The area will be open to through traffic in the north, south and west directions. Motorists are asked to be aware of all detour signs, advance warnings and other signage, and travel with caution.
