The suspect, Pedro Rodriguez (H/m, DOB: 12-1-78), is charged with murder and two counts of aggravated assault in the 230th State District Court.  He is accused in the killing of Victor Ramirez, 43, of the above address.  Ramirez suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at Ben Taub General Hospital.  A second male was also shot multiple times and was in critical condition at an area hospital.  The third victim was hospitalized in stable condition after suffering one gunshot wound.
