HOUSTON — University of Houston-Clear Lake’s School of Education welcomed Professor Emerita Andrea Bermúdez back to campus as one of its keynote speakers during the two-day “Collaborating to Meet the Needs of English Language Learners” conference in early May. More than 80 area educators, counselors and social workers attended the event which featured renowned scholars from across the country in the field of education and mental health.
