BEAUMONT – Lamar Institute of Technology will have four orientation sessions available for incoming students for the Fall 2011 semester.

The sessions are as follows: June 8, 9 a.m.-noon; June 22, 1-4 p.m.; July 13, 3-7 p.m.; and Aug. 3, 9 a.m.-noon.

Students only need to attend one session.

Orientation topics include a “Tell-All” session for parents; education about advising procedures, financial aid and general registration; information about what kind of activities are available to LIT students; and a campus tour.

Students should have applied and been accepted to LIT to get the most out of their session.
