Congratulations to the Santa Fe High School 2011 4-A State Softball Champions. The District is extremely proud of the team’s successful season and their most recent accomplishments in Austin. To honor the team, the District, in conjunction with city and county officials, has planned a parade on Wednesday, June 15th at 6:30 p.m.

The team will travel down Highway 6 starting at the West County Building and ending at their home, Santa Fe High School. We encourage all fans to come out and cheer on our “State Champions!”

On Tuesday June 14, 2011, County Commissioner, Kevin O’Brien, will present a Proclamation to honor the team at Commissioner’s Court in Galveston at 1:00 p.m.

The Santa Fe ISD Board of Trustees will honor the team at their next regular Board meeting on June 20th at 7:00 p.m.
