METRO’S FOURTH OF JULY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
In observance of Independence Day, METRO will operate on the following schedule on Monday, July 4, 2011:
- METRO buses and METRORail will operate on a Sunday schedule.
- There will be no Park & Ride service on Monday.
- METRO’s RideStore and Lost & Found will be closed.
METROLift’s reservation and customer service offices will be closed Monday, July 4, in observance of the July 4th holiday. As a result, all subscription trips are cancelled. To schedule a trip for Saturday, July 2 through Tuesday, July 5, you must call the reservation line at 713-225-6716 on Friday, July 1. We are extending the time to schedule trips for multiple days, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
METRO’s Customer Care Center will be open Monday, July 4, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and can be contacted through METROLine at 713-635-4000 or 713-635-6993 (TDD).
